AURA Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days Free standard shipping on orders over HK$500.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 10–18 business days
• Europe: 12–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. AURA is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
